I am trying to open a excel comma delimited file I get an error message that pops up it states: " You need to have microsoft outlock express to work with single file web page, outlook express is an optionial component of microsoft internet explorer 4.0 and later"
Has anyone seen before this I am running windows 7 run as XP version of outlook Express
how to fix it please
